  • What payment types do you accept ?
    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, Money order and cashiers checks.


  • When will my order ship ?
    We will ship orders within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Weekend orders will not be shipped until Monday.If for some reason your item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail .


  • When will I receive my order ?
    Depending on your location you should recieve most orders within 5-10 days. Some items are shipped separatley and may not arive at the same time. On occasion Items may be out of stock but are usually re-stocked within 2-3 days.


  • Do you e-mail tracking numbers ?
    Yes. Tracking numbers are e-mailed when UPS process the shipment.


  • Do you offer returns ?
    All of the products that are sold by yamaharhino.com are top quality, however if for some reason you are not happy with the products you purchase you can return unused products within Thirty days for a full refund (return shipping is at the customer's expense). In certain circumstances a re-stocking fee may apply


  • Do you carry other products not listed on your web site ?
    Yes. we carry a large inventory of Yamaha parts and accessories. If you do not see it in our product pages, fill out the parts request form and we will respond asap.


  • Do you ship Internationally
