  • What payment types do you accept ?
    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, Money order and cashiers checks.


  • When will my order ship ?
    We will ship all in stock orders within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Weekend orders will not be shipped until Monday.If for some reason your item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail .


  • When will I receive my order ?
    Depending on your location you should receive most orders within 3-5 days. Some items are shipped separately and may not arrive at the same time. On occasion Items may be out of stock but are usually re-stocked within 2-3 days.


  • Do you e-mail tracking numbers ?
    Yes. Tracking numbers are e-mailed when UPS process the shipment. If you do not receive your tracking number you can call us at 866-576-5115 and we will provide one.


  • Do you offer returns ?
    All of the products that are sold by yamaharhino.com are top quality, however if for some reason you are not happy with the products you purchase you can return unused products within Thirty days for a full refund (return shipping is at the customer's expense). In certain circumstances a re-stocking fee may apply


  • Do you carry other products not listed on your web site ?
    Yes. we carry a large inventory of Yamaha parts and accessories. If you do not see it in our product pages, fill out the parts request form and we will respond asap.


  • Do you ship Internationally
    Yes. Please fill out the International shipping request located on the menu bar and we can quote shipping on overseas orders. International Orders: Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S.A. are responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are *not* included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. U.S. domestic and international shipping costs, customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: if a shipment is refused by a customer, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and return shipping charges will *not* be refunded.
